1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery


2. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email us at contact@lumevacare.com within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Share your Order ID, issue details, and clear images or videos of the product

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.


3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days


4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer a free replacement (subject to stock availability).


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or refused delivery

  • Free gifts or promotional items


6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
