At Lumeva, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offers may apply during promotional periods or on select orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery

Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are accurate and complete. Lumeva will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please:

Do not accept delivery, or
Record an unboxing video, and
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lumevacare.com

9. Shipment Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics issues beyond our control. Lumeva is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or external factors.
